This hotel is a luxurious and well-maintained property. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, provide a high-end experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are passable but could be improved. the room advantages include soundproofing for noise reduction, comfortable beds, and a TV with a good selection of channels.
The location is not ideal for city sightseeing and is a bit out of the way. this is a minor issue.

The room was extremely comfortable with a study bed, firm pillows, and a quiet atmosphere. The pool facilities were impressive, offering a variety of options for all ages. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the quick and efficient check-in process. They even anticipated our needs for a baby cot and bath tub, which were already prepared in the room. The digital key system made accessing our room and using the elevator hassle-free. The highlight was definitely the pool, which had a resort-like atmosphere and provided a relaxing escape. We also enjoyed dining at the Greenhouse restaurant, with delicious breakfast and dinner options.
Felt completely welcomed and had no reason to complain.

The staff were hospitable. The room was spacious and clean, with a TV that allowed for screen mirroring and access to popular channels. The swimming pool boasted a fine view, and also offered a range of board and card games to guests. I had an enjoyable stay with good rest.

We were impressed with the lovely Thai fragrance throughout the resort. The pool was fantastic and the perfect antidote to a long flight. The room was spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. The Duty Manager was helpful and professional, resolving any issues promptly. we highly recommend Dusit Thani!

The room was spacious and clean, with a good working area and a lovely bathroom. The pool was beautiful and perfect for both exercising and relaxing.
The breakfast area was very crowded and not a pleasant experience. They also ran out of milk.
