This hotel is a luxurious and well-maintained property. the exclusive amenities, including the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, provide a high-end experience. the restaurant and bar/lounge area are passable but could be improved. the room advantages include soundproofing for noise reduction, comfortable beds, and a TV with a good selection of channels.

The location is not ideal for city sightseeing and is a bit out of the way. this is a minor issue.

All was perfect.

The room was extremely comfortable with a study bed, firm pillows, and a quiet atmosphere. The pool facilities were impressive, offering a variety of options for all ages. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, from the warm welcome at the entrance to the quick and efficient check-in process. They even anticipated our needs for a baby cot and bath tub, which were already prepared in the room. The digital key system made accessing our room and using the elevator hassle-free. The highlight was definitely the pool, which had a resort-like atmosphere and provided a relaxing escape. We also enjoyed dining at the Greenhouse restaurant, with delicious breakfast and dinner options.

Felt completely welcomed and had no reason to complain.

The staff were hospitable. The room was spacious and clean, with a TV that allowed for screen mirroring and access to popular channels. The swimming pool boasted a fine view, and also offered a range of board and card games to guests. I had an enjoyable stay with good rest.

The breakfast area was very crowded and not a pleasant experience. They also ran out of milk.

The location of the hotel is convenient as it is near a shopping mall and the nearest MRT station. There is also a golf course nearby, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The rooms are clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and nice views of the swimming pool and airplanes landing. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides amenities that are easily accessible through their app. The shuttle service to the airport is a plus, making it convenient for travelers.

The check-in process could be improved, as there was a difficulty with using the hotel's app for check-in.
